Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
Develop and implement advanced orthopedic treatment protocols for surgical and non-surgical care.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Operational Management:
Oversee the management and utilization of advanced orthopedic equipment and facilities.
Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
Establish and enforce clinical standards for patient safety, surgical accuracy, and infection control.
Education and Training:
Organize training programs and continuous professional development for orthopedic staff.
Support research initiatives, clinical trials, and participation in academic publications to advance orthopedic practices.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with national and international standards for orthopedic services.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Orthopedics.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or care, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills and Expertise:
Expertise in advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and orthopedic technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Preferred:
Experience in managing orthopedic services in resource-limited or multicultural settings.
Memberships in international orthopedic organizations (e.g., AAOS, EFORT).

Flexible rotation schedule:
