Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and coordinate the hospital's operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across all hospital functions.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Staff Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate hospital staff to achieve performance excellence.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure staff productivity and adherence to protocols.

• Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

Facility Management:

• Ensure the maintenance of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to meet safety and quality standards.

• Oversee procurement and inventory management of medical and non-medical supplies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure hospital operations comply with local regulations, international healthcare standards, and organizational policies.

• Implement quality assurance programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

• Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies.

• Analyze operational data and trends to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills and Expertise:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in healthcare management software and operational analytics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and patient-centered care.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing hospital operations in multicultural or resource-limited settings.

• Certification in healthcare management or operational excellence (e.g., CHFM, Lean Six Sigma).
