Key Responsibilities

• Triage/Emergency:

  • Conduct rapid assessments and prioritize patient care based on urgency.

  • Provide immediate stabilization and collaborate with emergency teams.

• ICU:

  • Monitor and manage critically ill patients, delivering continuous care.

  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with ICU protocols.

• Operating Block:

  • Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile environments.

  • Assist surgeons during procedures and monitor patient conditions.

• Infection Control:

  • Develop and enforce infection prevention and control protocols.

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide training to healthcare staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and adhere to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and integrated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Specialization or certification in Triage/Emergency, ICU, Operating Block, or Infection Control is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant specialization.

• Proficiency English.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
